Team AI Conversation is built and run by Ellie Pyemont at EnlightenWorks. It exists because most team conversations about AI are either too abstract to act on or too tactical to be honest. This is the tool I wanted, and didn't find.
Who built this
I'm Ellie. I help run EnlightenWorks — the trading name of Enlighten Training & Consultancy — a small UK consultancy working with professional teams on AI adoption and learning & development. I've worked in the UK public sector, the private sector, start ups, not-for-profits and charities, where I learned that the hardest part of any change is rarely the technology. It is building alignment, making sure everyone is heard, and getting to decisions that improve how the team works.
This tool comes out of that work. It's the structure I wish I'd had running team conversations for the last twenty years.
