Terms of use
Last updated 24 June 2026.
These terms govern your use of Team AI Conversation (the “service”), operated by Enlighten Training & Consultancy Ltd, trading as EnlightenWorks (“we”). By using the service you agree to them. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
What the service is
A tool for facilitating structured team conversations about AI. A host creates a session and invites participants by code; participants reflect, and an AI step surfaces patterns to support the discussion. It is a thinking aid, not professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or to store or share unlawful content.
- Enter personal data about identifiable individuals, confidential or NDA-bound material, credentials, or special-category data into reflections. Treat a reflection like a sticky note on the wall, not a confidential record.
- Attempt to access sessions you haven't been invited to, or to disrupt the service.
- Misuse the AI feature, including attempts to manipulate or extract its instructions.
Hosts are responsible for who they share a join code with and for how a session's output is used within their organisation.
The AI feature
AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or wrong. They are offered as prompts for your team to weigh, not as conclusions or decisions. You're responsible for any decisions you make. See the privacy notice for how data is handled when a summary is generated.
Accounts and access
Hosts sign in to create and manage sessions and are responsible for activity under their account. Participants join anonymously by code. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and working, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of the service or its AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. For anything about a specific session, talk to the facilitator who invited you. For anything else, contact ellie.pyemont@enlightentraining.org.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
